NBA 2K14 Wishlist Thread

Just copy and paste 2k11 with the presentation of of 2k13.
I personally think the game is fun offline (just like all games). Too much spamming the steal button on online games. Still not able to block dunks. Plus, dunks feel and look so cheesy. There is no contact at all at the rim and it's so annoying. I remember playing 2k11 and being amazed with the animations of the defender. Some guys would cover their face on dunks.

Many of the ideas I liked have already been posted, but one in particular no one has mentioned that I really want is for 2k to take out the forced "Play Next Key Game" feature. If I paid $60 for my game and I'm a drafted SF for the Lakers for example, I can't play my hometown Bucks unless I play all the games leading up to it. If the customer prefers to sim entire seasons, or in my case play only 8-10 games per season I want to choose who I'd like to play. Constantly being forced to play your rivals 4x a year gets old really fast. So I hope we'll have the option to sim any game we want.

Along with home/away options, we should have the full color palette available for all of the accessories, including headbands, I don't understand why the ability to edit headband color was ever taken away.

Ability to layer accessories, bands over sleeves, leg pads over leg sleeves, ankle braces/wraps over socks, etc.

OR

Similar to the NCAA Football game where you get to choose what helmet, jersey, pants, socks, and shoes your team wears, 2K could adopt a similar aspect but for accessories.

You choose what jersey you wear THEN (again with a full color palette, because maybe you want to support breast cancer awareness with all pink, or support livestrong with all yellow, or maybe you just want to use some ridiculous colors, whatever, it should be up to US) you choose what color everyone on the team wears for headbands, arm sleeves, arm bands, undershirts, compression shorts, leg pads, leg sleeves, socks, ankle braces, and home or away shoes.
That way in CAP or edit player you choose WHAT accessories the players wear and before games you choose what COLOR those accessories will be.

Yes I know that was all related to art but I trust gameplay will be tweaked and edited accordingly. Art has been put on the back burner though and it needs a good upgrade.

Create a Coach- Just like My Player but with a coach. Like Madden 13 CC but more in depth. Same options that Association gives you though

Easier to get VC and cheaper accessories- Make the generic accessories like head band and arm sleeves free but make it like 1000 VC to get the adidas ones and maybe make shoes cost something until you get the endorsements.

More haircuts- pretty straight forward. More deisgns like Brandon Jennings one and a ton more.

Better presentation- Show dressing room action like players getting shoes on and even do pre game interviews, half time interviews along with post game.

More fluent gameplay- Don't really know what I mean but it doesn't feel right to me.

Create-A-Coach, like College Hoops 2k8 just like association but we're actually a person in the league and we can get fired and be hired by another team and stuff. You guys used to somewhat have this in 2k10 but I wasn't deep you could only get fired and then sign to teams that want you.

-create a stadium! I've wanted this for years and I bet people could come up with some nifty creations. You would be able to use the stadium in association and practice.

-referee mode! Have the ability to officiate the game from different angles. Press one button for a whistle and be able to select the foul or violation. You would have a certain amount of lives (loose lives by calling a foul when there was an obvious travel). Time consuming but fun!

Association Mode:
-Ability to edit and create coaches
-ablity to protect traded picks(lottery,top 10,top 5 etc.)
-Non guaranteed contracts
-Ability to hire from within(Asst coach)
-Add another Asst coach spot
-Have some retired players become coaches
-Add top 10 all time leader board for Pts,Reb,ast,Stl,Blk,3pt made
-Add top 5 all time team leader board for above stats
