NBA Live 20 Delayed Until Late 2019 as Team Plans a Different Approach

Us offline gamers are far outnumbered in today’s industry. It’s changing. I don’t even think the last call of duty had a single player campaign.

We’re not gonna get a polished version of live 19.

2k used to pride itself on being sim, and it hasn’t progressed in that department much at all since the rise of VC and online play and parks and ultimate team.

Has madden franchise mode even gotten better in 5 years?

It’s time for NBA Live to drop the nba game and rebrand itself to fit the modern gaming landscape.

Live Online, Free to play. Whether it’s Parks, tournaments. Battle royale. Call of duty style with boxes and stats and leaderboards. 2k neighborhood.

Can you make a balanced, competive basketball game that eliminates VC?

Equip perks like limitless range or you know. Perk system.

Something new. Something different. Cuz rn the franchise is on its last legs.

Meh, Live 17 was "delayed" as well and we all saw how that turned out.

It would have been nice for them to be more transparent about it. The signs were there with not being at EA Play, no info, no cover release, roster update. But it feels like we wouldn't have heard anything from them if Polygon didn't ask for comment. It took EA releasing the fiscal report for anyone to see any news about Live

They need to just make NBA street, if you go to any 2k video their are plenty of comments saying they'd buy NBA street over or along side 2k.

EA has proven to me they cannot make any simulation sports game with great gameplay so just stick to arcade genre.

This sucks....they were building. I like live 19 it was decent.
