Allan Houston will be back on Tuesday here in Memphis and I'll be there.

Nice. Enjoy the game.

I read an article yesterday about Houston's rehab. He's working with a former Olympic Gold Medalist at high jumping (holds the US Record).

Apparently, instead of just concentrating on strength in his legs, he is looking for complete balance and strength all over his body. He is learning how to land and run properly to keep the stress off his knees and joints.

Hopefully, this means a better, more athletic Allan Houston. We might not even notice how long he's been gone.

He's not going to make his season debut until Friday now, because Isiah Thomas didn't want him playing on a back-to-back just yet.

At least that's what I read from the NY Post.

I read the same thing in the Times. Oh well, if Layden hadn't of hurried him last year, we wouldn't have this mess. I'm fine with waiting.

Re: -Official New York Knicks Thread-

Are you still going to go to the game, despite no Allan? I went to the Grizz-Knicks at the Garden last week...big first half for Marbury.

I'm just looking forward to Houston coming back so that when Crawford is off, Lenny can park his butt on the bench and we can have a long-range threat out there to play off of Marbury's penetration. I can't stand Crawford sometimes, even if he has shown the ability to hit big shots. They wouldn't be big shots if he wasn't like 3-17 prior to it, hehe.

Re: -Official New York Knicks Thread-

Of course, I'm going. Knicks fan even if they trotted out a bunch of nobodies. I can only go once a year due to Memphis being in the West. Plus, Marbury should have a great game tonight going up against EArl Watson and the rookie Antonio Burks (Memphis boy, so I hope he does well in a losing effort!)

Haha...nice. I hope they don't disappoint. We'll see if JYD can D up Gasol again like he did last week. Too bad I only get to watch on MSG.
