Not saying he isn't a talented WR and/or doesn't deserve a 90+ OVR rating, but the top receivers perform at a level much higher than he has.

I think Russell Wilson should be a bit higher, he is a better QB than some of the ones rated higher than him. He just doesn't play on a great time so doesn't get as much attention. Also Terrell Manning should be rated higher than Dwayne Maddox.

but I don't agree with Green being the only 97+ rated WR in the game. Michael Floyd, Julio Jones, Jonathan Baldwin, and Greg Childs are all right there with him.

Well if he's one of the top WRs (which I agree with), there shouldn't be any WRs rated at 97 OVR or higher. Certainly no 99 OVR guys.

I had a question about ratings and I am sorry I could not find the answer so I have my flame suit on.

I wondered once the rosters are available, are the ratings changed as well?

Or are there certain persons who change the rosters and ratings that you all download from in one package?

EA won't provide official roster updates, but dedicated users from many of the NCAA fan forums will provide roster updates at least a couple of times throughout the season for download through the EA Locker.

Thank you for the reply. I know 3rd party users are the ones who manually do the roster updates but I just wondered if there are certain ones who do ratings as well as rosters.
