I have no idea if this is true or not (never had a chance to try) but I was told that if you exit and save your online dynasty after you go into recruiting in the pre season you are able to edit the dynasty. I don't think so but he swore he did it.

Anyone play with the dynasty configs/settings socwe can set the weather? Not sure if it's possible but there are a lot of fields.

not sure you can actually set the weather, but you can increase the chance of rain or snow.
EA DB Editor / Places / Cities / CYRP = RAIN % / CYSP = SNOW %
Anchorage Alaska and Beaverton Oregon have the highest snow % at 50
I have not really messed with it in NCAA, but did in Madden 08 on the PC
and if I remember correctly setting rain to 100% should give rain every game.

just to add the tab CYWP also has something to do with it , just can`t remember at the moment
maybe weather change %.

Nope, actually, it still fails for Players. Could it be because I'm trying to load NCAA Football 12 save data?

there also under the Stadiums tab SWRP / SWSP / SWWP / SFSP these may need to be changed as well, do back up your file before edits just in case.

YES!!!! Thanks for the input as i now FINALLY got a completely overcast day WITH NO RAIN OR SNOW. This is great.

EDIT: Ugh i got the game to do it once, hasn't since. Meh. Gotta play with values i guess.
