Because I don't want the injuries turned off. I don't need the quarterbacks, and only the quarterbacks, being injured every single game. I have yet to go through a season where at least one quarterback hasn't been hurt for an entire game for both teams.

Re: How is your dynasty going

Another huge win for this Iowa Hawkeye football team. Facing the rough and tough Michigan State Spartans in a match that would come down to a huge special teams play. Down 38-31 with about 55 seconds left, Michigan State punted the ball away to Iowa without any time outs and Damond Powell returned the ball from about the 5 yard line and tried to give Iowa good field position and then he kept breaking tackles and finally ended up in the end zone. With the final score being 41-38 in a thriller. Once again another great game from Mark Weisman who had 32 carries for 178 yards and 3 touchdowns. Michigan State had their quarterback go off and was 25-28 for 266 and had 2 touchdowns. This is a key victory for the Hawkeyes as they are 6-0 and sitting pretty in the nation with a bye week coming up. After the bye week the undefeated Hawkeyes face off against the Ohio State Buckeyes who are #2 in the nation.

Might actually be playing more games this season with my Buffalo dynasty. My redshirt freshman takes the helm with an overall 87 rating. By far the highest rated QB or RB I've ever had as a freshman. First game out he accounts for 358 yards and 4 of my 5 TDs (2 passing 2 rushing). I think if I play most of my games I could easily get him to be a Heisman finalist. The guy has so many stats in the 80s as I lost count.

Its crazy how you turned around a team like that and then kept it going. I love hearing about your teams and how they do.

Re: How is your dynasty going

ANDDD NUMBER 2 GOES DOWNNNN. The Iowa Hawkeyes have just knocked off the Ohio State Buckeyes in a thriller 30-24. This game was dominated by the Hawkeyes in having over 20 first downs compared to Ohio States 8 but, Iowa could not stop the big play from Ohio State. Another Huge day from Mark Weisman rushing 30 times for 146 yards and two scores. Another huge contributor was the quarterback Cody Sokol going 20-27 for 219 yards and one touchdown. For Ohio State there was nothing but balanced attack from Braxton Miller going 11-17 190 yards and 1 touchdown and one pick to seal the game. On the rushing side Carlos Hyde had only 50 yards rushing. The only thing that killed Iowa was two big special teams blunders where they fumbled a punt and then gave up a punt return to Ohio State. Now Iowa is ranked 3rd and have Norhtwestern up on the schedule. At 7-0 the Hawkeyes can eye maybe a national title berth and a B1G championship berth.

@
Another game where the Tigers weren't at their best but we still gutted out a 38-22 victory at Central Florida. Lamb threw for 344 yards and 4 touchdowns, but he also threw a pick. We fumbled the ball twice as a team as well, making this game more difficult than it needed to be.

Next up for the Tigers (5-1, 3-0 AAC) is a trip to face Tulsa. The Golden Hurricane were a preseason pick to finish high in the AAC, but they already find themselves out of the conference race at 0-4 in the league, 2-4 overall.

Re: How is your dynasty going

The Iowa Hawkeyes hot start is still going as they beat the #21 Northwestern Wildcats in a convincing fashion as they won 31-17. The Hawkeye defense stepped up huge only allowing 251 yards of total offense. As we go for 461 total yards of offense. Once again our running back Mark Weisman went for 35 rushes for 228 yards with 3 touchdowns. Our passing game was off today as Cody Sokol was 17-25 for 231 yards with 3 interceptions. One of his interceptions was costly as he threw a pick six early in the game to put Iowa down 10-0 in the first half. For Northwestern Kain Colter had the big game going 16-22 for 212 yards and one touchdown. Kyle Prater on the receiving end had 4 receptions for 125 yards and the lone touchdown. Up next for the Hawkeyes 8-0 (4-0) are the 17 ranked Wisconsin Badgers. Once again another huge game for the Hawkeyes who are looking for their best season in a long time.
