So I'm in the process of creating Hendrix College a new D3 program in Arkansas. And I am a little confused on the ratings scale. Since it is a new program 95% of the team are Freshman. The rating scale for D3 says Freshman can be 53 overall max. Does that hold true for Freshman starters as well?

I had a similar situation with UNCC, I deviated a little but not a whole lot. I have no problem with some being higher than normal.

Notes: Hendrix only has 55 players on their roster so there are some unnamed guys that I made 40 OVR Seniors.
WR Taylor Tibbits has the ability to play QB and will probably be 3rd String QB
There was no exact uniform but the uniform is as close as possible.
Custom alternate helmet, alternate home and away jerseys, and alternate pants.

Ultimate Dynasty challenge as this is a first year D3 program.
Depth chart and overalls are based on high school/former college resume. I will update the overalls after the first game on September 7th.

Ok guys...I've been thinking (watch out!)...instead of sticking to a set ratings system, what if we just post the ratings for each team we post for the users to know. So, if I post a 94 OVR UNC Pembroke and someone else wants to post a 61 OVR UNC Pembroke, users will be able to decide on their own which team they want to d/l.

I hope this will do 2 things:
1. Encourage more people to create these schools.
2. Help me not have to worry so much about checking ratings, therefore helping me keep the main post more up-to-date.

All teams still need to be accurate in all other aspects, from the named roster to the uniforms.
