Yup. You can sim through whatever you want at any time.
It might not be the best plan, but you can certainly do so.

Would 'perfect' coaching result in a win or are you at odds already and should get concentrate on development for next year?
The latter, probably. Of course the Texans could win, but they'd probably lose 6 or 7 out of 10 times.

I'd like to get a game that plays well on the pc for portability etc...

My pc screen is about 14.5...

Does this seem like a title that will be either a good fit or perhaps even a better fit for the pc?

Thanks
If you don't play online much, I could easily see the PC as the best fit for NFL Head Coach. It'll certainly be the best-looking version.

I didn't try the headset myself. They guys that did had some trouble with it, but with 12 TVs running and people talking and conducting interviews all around, I'm not surprised.

Question #1
Can I as a coach, ask the QB to scramble with the ball? (Michael Vick style)

Question #2
Have you seen any injuries?

Question #3
Is there a QB "fake the snap" command or does the QB do this automatically before the snap?

Thanks in advance.
1) You can talk strategy with the QB, and one of the orders is to scramble when pressured. Anything else would require a bootleg play-call.

2) I didn't, but they are supposed to be in there, of course. Remember, this wasn't even "beta" code yet...

3) I honestly don't know on that one. I think it's automatic because I never saw a command for it - but that's no guarantee.

4. Will we be able to make our own substitutions being specific to certain plays on certain downs.
5. If you call a play for a receiver and he's covered, will the QB automatically look for an open eligble player?

Thanx.
1) Nope. No difficulty settings, either.
2) That's what I was told.
3) Absolutely. It's like watching a game of Madden.
4) I'm not sure at this point. Certainly, you can sub on any given play at the very least.
5) Of course. But if you've told him to "focus on the #1 receiver", he'll be less likely to.
