Freezing Problem

I fired the game up for the first time, started a coaching career and went in to look at the draft results and it froze, of course I hadnt saved yet since I just started, so there went the time it took to set everything up and I get to start over, irritating to say the least.

The draft results freeze happened to me too.

I am using PS3, and I have never encounter any freezes on this game or any other games.

Mine is recurring, every time I load my career I choose a gameplan, it starts to sim, and it freezes at noon.

PS3 and got the freeze at first day of free agency. Multiple items on clipboard clicked on one and WHAMO....1.5hrs gone that I'll never get back!

PS3 also. Music cuts out, then went to pro scouting and froze.

Between freezing problems and the injury bug (took out Amobi Okoye and Andre Johnson indefinitely), I haven't been able to get past the second game of the season yet.

Saving often helps, but half the time you don't know that you're already bugged...and then you save your bugged game that you struggled 10+ hours of gameplay to build up.

Hooray!

Otherwise, the game's a lot of fun! But again, not really acceptable for a game from a big budget studio released in 2008. Wondering at this point why there hasn't been much response to this post. We were asked for specific examples and lots of people have provided them.

Oh well.
