Re: The Official Pittsburgh Steelers Thread

Yeah, pretty much. Guess they were already thinking about a rematch with New England. I dunno what they were doing on those 4th downs or why they decided to do an onside kick (and such a poorly executed one at that) when they still had the 2 minute warning and 2 time outs left.

To be fair, JuJu was being held on the second one. One of many horrible missed calls that hurt the Steelers. That first 4th though - WTF? Run straight ahead.

The pass was a decent one as the replay showed JuJu had it in his hands. My issue was that you could have put Nix in and just slammed it ahead. Or let Ben try to sneak it.

They never, ever let Ben sneak it anymore. Fear of injury (can't blame them after seeing Matt Schaub get hurt on one a few years ago). That said, I want the same thing you do. Run straight ahead.

Before you start letting the clueless get to you about Ben and Bell.

http://www.steelersdepot.com/2018/01...ack-next-year/

Steelers will tag Bell (that's already being reported) and 99% he will play. He's not going to leave $14M on the table to prove a point no matter what he says.

Offense really wasn't the problem. They need to clean house on defense a little. I imagine Porter is gone.

"We don't live in our fears".

Unless you're talking about running a QB sneak.

Like I said, they don't/won't run it.

Re: The Official Pittsburgh Steelers Thread

Reports surfacing that Todd Haley will not return as Steelers OC in 2018.

Bye Felicia!
