Re: Battlefield 2: Bad Company and Battlefield 1943 announced

I'm pretty happy. Back when I first got the game my K/D ratio was about .75, and now I've gotten it up to 1.33. I've had some really good Squad Deathmatch games lately, with one of my best getting me around 11000 pts and 20 kills.

I just freakin' love this game, lol. I'm not "great", but I'm definitely good enough to hold my own now, and once in a while be one of the best players in the group.

Hey DDUb -- are you playing on Xbox or PS3?

Me and Ohio are still playing this game a few times a week. Some laggy servers, but we usually find good ones. Anyone is free to join us if you see us online because we usually have a 2 man squad so we got room for 2 more. Even with 2 we gold squad pretty much every time so with 4 we'd be unstoppable.

Someone over at the Battlefield forums said if you change your country to the UK on your EA account that you will get pretty much lag free gameplay as you will be playing on the UK servers. I tried it and it worked for me as I played a game and it ran really smooth and others have tried it as well and it worked for them. Do the change before you put the game in for it to take affect. The game determines what servers to put you in indicated by your country of choice in your EA account. I look at this as a temporary solution until they figure out the massive lag problems on the US servers which I hope is soon. I don't know if it will help everyone but it's worth a shot.
