Doesn't look like it. At least not here in the US.

When browsing through all the servers with CQ maps, they are all empty.

And the ones that look like they have people on them, I can't connect.

Just played a game of rush post patch. Man was it great. I like the way they corrected the suppression and it seemed to feel much smoother. Definitely will be playing this game a lot more and plan on getting battlefield premium.
