Hopefully this is in response to beta users complaining about the scoring and such. I really don't know what causes delays, but I sure hope this has to do with it.

Is there an NDA on the open beta that prohibits us from talking about the game?

Also, this question shouldn't violate anything... but when playing online, am I playing both PS3 and Vita users, or is it tied with the system I'm playing on?

I think it may really be crossplay. Can't know for sure I guess, but I've been hearing an awful lot of mics while playing the PS3 one and we know how rare that is for the Triple outside of FPS's. With its built-in mic, it wouldn't surprise if I really was playing a decent amount of Vita users.

On the first point I don't know - but I'm playing it safe too, for now. I will say that I like some of the more obvious changes and bug fixes since the closed beta - it's definitely looking more like a final product now.

It goes available to everyone next week, so it's probably safe then.
