I've grown bored of the FPS genre, but Destiny might drag me back in.
This game looks really good.

I hope there is some realism to the gameplay. I had fun with Halo, but I'd like a more grounded, realistic shooter similar to RB6 where you can be killed with 1 or 2 shots, and you were forced to use some strategy during gun battles - not just run in, take a dozen shots and then replenish after you've blown everyone away.

It won't be like RB6 and it's sci-fi, with electric guns and stuff. Realism isn't going to be prevalent in this lol.

Pretty surprised this thread is as dead as it is but I'm sure it'll pick up more as the release date approaches. Bungie released a new podcast a few days ago and talked about some of its multiplayer focal points. This one is on the top of my wish list for sure.

So far, the only answer they've given is "summer". Since it's a September release, I'd bet it will be in late June or early July.

I don't know if this has been talked about today but I preordered this from gamestop today and got a beta key for xbox one. It says the beta will start early 2014 the employee said he believes it is supposed to start in February.
