This just happened to me during my lunch hour today. I see a friend of mine and she's just coming in from Chipotle (a mexican grill franchise). She tells me, "I just wasted 8 dollars on this nasty burrito LOL"

I couldn't believe that she actually said "LOL" she caught herself too. It's not the dumbest thing, but it is definitely one of the weirdest. Is internet lingo running rampant like that?
