the thing I don't like about this game is you can only be one team or so it sounds like.

Wow. The player models in this game look pretty sweet. They're definitely a step above Madden's graphics. The stadiums and uni's look pretty interesting too. I see Midway and Sony are mixing fighting/violence with football, maybe to spite the NFL. The funny thing is that both of these games look interesting and I might end up picking up both. The road to sunday looks like a nice diversion from simulation football. Still waiting to see what Take-two does though.

The NFL went out of it's way to take Playmakers off of the air due to violence and their image, and now this...lol. Well, they can't use their strong arm tactics against Midway and Sony this time around...haha.

This is something that I would never play in a million years, but it looks like others like it so there must be a market.

I don't. This is the stupidest game concept I've heard in a long, long time.

Melding two completely different genres is a surefire recipe for mediocrity. No thanks.

I just want a football game. I really dont need the fighting piece but I will keep an open mind. Its T2 turn.

I agree - unless this just an amazingly fun game (like a new GTA) - I'm just not interested....
