It is only a wacky and unsim thing if the game does not have the ability to handle the situation properly and give the outcome that should come from such a situation.

Lots of great replies to the feedback form. It's greatly appreciated, and as always, the information has a direct impact on what happens with the project.

TheWatcher....

Wow!

I ran into you I don't know how long ago, could be 2005 or so, on the EA Madden forums I think, and we had a long conversation about the future of football video games, and remember you floating this idea back then.

What Backbreaker has done with full physics was what I was angling for back then, made a post about it, and then you replied with your idea about a full motion-capture 100% real game.

I just visited this thread and I remember you and our conversation.

It's amazing that you not only got it off the ground, actually hired people and started work on it, but that you've gotten this far.

If/when you can pull this off that would be just so cool. I stand and applaud your endeavors and look forward to someday very soon playing this game.

Yeahhhhh, I do remember that from way back :-) But it had to be on the 2K Sports forum because Madden was blasphemy to me at that time and it was against my religion to associate with it in any way, lol.

I have some new stuff to show where we are right now, of course between the capture sessions, my real estate company's new website launch (which brought in a bit more business than I expected it to), and some other things related to my other paying interests, I just haven't gotten enough time to sit down and prepare it for showing as quickly as I would've liked, but it shouldn't be too much longer.

Lol @ EA comment. (agree). Yeah, let's not start on that topic.

You obviously sound like you have the funds (tho not the time), but have you thought about getting funding and/or manpower from a corp giant like google/apple/etc?

I'm hyped to see future updates/videos and to see this project realized.

Yeah, I've heard of some programs they offer where they link you up with people wanting to work on new projects or something to that effect. AFAIK, there have been a number of things that hit the market from that program in the smartphone sector and some internet-based applications. But I honestly don't need more people at the moment.

Since I knew I was bringing in guys who were already owners of their own businesses like myself, I set things up so that everybody can work on the project in a way where it didn't interfere with their normal business duties. That's gone really well, but in my own case I can never be sure how much I have to do in a particular week, and it just so happens that right now I'm experiencing a bit of a spike in my other business responsibilities. It hasn't had any effect on the actual creation itself, just the time needed to prepare stuff I've been planning to show publicly which is a separate thing from the development of the project.
