MLW MONDAY NIGHT FUSION



8PM EST ON TNT

MLW's flagship brand. Monday Night Fusion usually consists of about 5-6 matches showcasing the best singles, tag team, and women's pro wrestling action in the world, as well as a few promos and other segments outside the ring. Non title matches have a 20 min time limit, main events have until shows end, championship matches get 60 mins or show end if main event. Show runtime is 120 mins.

MLW WEDNESDAY NIGHT AFTERSHOCK


8 PM EST ON MLW'S YOUTUBE

MLW's secondary show on Wednesday Nights. The show consists of 3-4 matches that are taped before and after Fusion on Monday Nights. Aftershock is a chance for some up and coming undercard guys to shine, as well as for some big names to participate in unique match ups we may not see on Fusion. These matches count towards the win loss records. Non title matches have a 20 min time limit, main events have until shows end, championship matches get 30 mins or show end if main event. Show runtime is 60 mins.

MLW MONDAY NIGHT FUSION OFFICIAL PREVIEW

The very fist episode of MLW Monday Night Fusion will air LIVE from Chicago Illinois. Here's what's being advertised for the inaugural Fusion:

All of the matches that will be taped for Aftershock are not yet announced, though what is being advertised locally in Idaho is a tag match between four talents of BCW fame. As it will be Varsity Club taking on BA Industries in tag action.

Female Japanese wrestling sensation Suki Nobu will take on technical master Aurora Cellini as they get the honor of opening up the first ever Fusion.

Powerhouse Dru Mercer will square up with the brawler Myles Brewer.

Rachel Beck and Marilyn Blackwell will be in singles competition.

Moving to tag team competition, it will be Jag Force (Narushi and Hiroshi) taking on The Roughhouse (Simon Chase and Alex Mann).

Lastly, the MLW world championship will be on the line as champion Jarret Ceasar will defend against Damian Bushy.

After a video package, the show opens with an onscreen of our two commentators, Allen Lombardi and Michael Wilzen. They welcome us to the inaugural episode of MLW Fusion, and inform us that we're getting right into the action!

Women's Division Singles Match
Suki Nobu (0-0-0) vs. Aurora Cellini

~ This is a very open match. Both competitors get a bunch of offense in.
~ Nobu & Cellini chain wrestle to start. Nobu speeds up the tempo before getting cut off multiple times.
~ Nobu escapes a rear naked choke that had the crowd thinking it was over.
~ Nobu hits an amazing Red Arrow and wins it.

~ Nobu celebrates and the crowd gives both women a standing ovation.

Mens Singles Match
Dru Mercer (0-0-0) vs. Myles Brewer (0-0-0)

~ The 6'8 Mercer opens the match with a running big boot followed by a bunch of devastating power moves.
~ Brewer is unable to get a single shot in on Mercer until he slips out of a powerslam and hits a chop block to the legs of Mercer.
~ Mercer shakes off Brewers offense quickly and takes him down.
~ Mercer shocks everyone as he goes to the top rope and attempts a Swanton! Brewer moves out of the way and Mercer lands hard.
~ Not long after, Mercer shakes off Brewer and hits a Burning Hammer (Event Horizon)

Womens Singles Match
Marilyn Blackwell (0-0-0) vs. Rachel Beck (0-0-0)

~ MLW's resident cowgirl Marilyn Blackwell charms the crowd almost immediately.
~ Beck takes her down early and works her over with some submission holds.
~ Blackwell comes back and hits superplex.
~ Beck goes for a running big boot but gets rolled up.

Winner: Marilyn Blackwell (1-0-0)

~ Blackwell runs through the crowd and celebrates with the fans as Beck throws a tantrum in the ring.

Mens Tag Division Match
Jag Force (0-0-0) vs. The Roughhouse (0-0-0)

~ Jag Force starts off strong with some quick running offense, but Narushi gets cut off by Mann.
~ Mann & Chase cut the ring in half and isolate Narushi. They hit a number of big tag moves.
~ Narushi finds an opening and gets the hot tag. Hiroshi comes in and does some damage.
~ Later on, Narushi receives a tag back in, but immediately gets caught by Mann who hits a face buster.

MLW World Championship Match
Damian Bushy (0-0-0) vs. Jarret Caesar © (0-0-0)

~ Right off the bat Bushy comes at Caesar and hits a running strike
~ Both men hit a ton of quick offense and power moves. The crowd is going crazy.
~ Bushy catches Caesar off guard. He goes up top and hits the Eclipse! 1-2... kickout!
~ The match never slows down. Bushy kicks out of two spears.
~ Caesar dodges a springboard dive from Bushy and hits the Emperor's Respite (TKO).

Winner and still World Champion: Jarret Caesar (1-0-0)

~ After the match Bushy steps up to Caesar. After a short stare down, he puts his hand out. They shake hands and raises Caesar's hand. A surprising show of sportsmanship and respect from Damian Bushy after an amazing match.

Great first show! Some solid action, and I am very excited to see how this progresses with all the records and such. Solid title defense to end the show!
