My expectations aren’t too high for this playoff run. This team has not looked good for awhile. We do have a few key pieces potentially coming back but that’s always dicey shaking off the rust in a playoff game.

Need judge and Cole to pull off what arod and cc did in 09 to have a chance to make a run

We gonna win the whole damn thing. Now that Chapman isn't on the roster lol. In all seriousness I hope Boone goes with Nasty Nestor game 1. Cole hasn't deserved that spot. Nestor is our true ace. Slotting Cole for game 2 and then a rejuvenated Sevy is the recipe.

Stanton was getting hot. If October Stanton is back. Look out.

As I said elsewhere.

2 of the 6 games Cleveland was throwing BP games due to injuries. The first game in each series.

In the first series Cleveland played 5 guys in the line up that are no longer with the team.

In the second, Cleveland outdid themselves and played 6 guys who are no longer with the team.

The Yankees were also rolling everyone when they played both Cleveland series.

Yankees could sweep, but the Yankees haven't seen this version of the Cleveland team besides Rosario, Ramirez, Naylor, Kwan, Quantril, Mckenzie (missed Bieber in both series who's had a career season this year).

Yankees going to rely on Rizzo, Judge and Stanton to carry that offense. Jesus.

I mena those 3 are good enough to make it happen if Cleveland can't score.

Why isn’t Peraza on this roster? Why was he only used as more of a bench piece despite looking pretty good? Why did we settle for Sonny Gray 2.0 at the deadline (Montas), if we’re not going to play these top prospects anyway when they show they are ready?

Cashman as clueless as usual.

Yea Peraza not being on the roster rubs me the wrong way. I like him and he makes contact. Haven't even looked. I'm guessing Hicks is on there

But Marwin over Peraza. Nah. They should of just dfa'd him a while ago. He just offers versatility. But so does Cabrera. So why even keep him on there. Stupid decision.

Cole needs to be on it. Stay away from Jose Ramirez in big situations. Don't get all flustered. And be a ace tonight. And the Yankees need to pounce. Odds are Cleveland isn't gonna be able to trade too many blows.
