For some cash and a VPN, you can!

I took it upon myself and paid $60 for the next six months to use ExpressVPN. So far, it has been worth every penny and it is very secure.

It won't help if you do it on your iPad or something, though (devices that use GPS to determine your location). So far, I have only been successful using my computer.

It works just fine. I connect to New York, and it says that I am blacked out from Yankees and Mets games. Pretty cool, actually.
