Bottom line is: just take the 15 yard penalty, break the guy's leg, and don't give up the TD. Problem solved. It's like grabbing a receiver and taking an interference penalty so you don't give up a score.

What's 15 yards compared to a TD?

I'm just trying to put this in its idiotic perspective.

I mean...Dilemma is supposed to be such a big time athlete and all, right?

TO was running full steam so hopping on him would be very difficult, he wouldn't have gone down until another 5 to 10 yards. The NFL has admitted that only 2 plays last year would have resulted in a flag. They aren't saying which 2 plays but I'm guessing the TO one and one that was involving a Saints player I think. I can't remember exactly.

If you've ever been tackled like that, you know how lame that is. It's very painful being brought down like that.

For you to sit here and tell someone what they could've easily done in the heat of the moment is beyond me. I'm sure Roy was in the mindstate of the tackle needin to be made and I rather him make that play than give up on some half azz atempt to bring him down.

He's definitley a big time athlete. Philly fans just have hard times recognizin big time athletes who don't whine and call out teamates.

Doubt it. That would've been a freak accident.

Kelly's Child was using a technique that took out four players the same way.

Yes, because you're one tough dude. Go full speed and have a safety bring you down from behind by your shoulderpads. I damn near broke my leg from that ****.

LOL @ your infatuation w/ the Kelly thing. Took out four players but it wouldn't even be an issue if "81" wasn't one of the ones tooken out.
