But yea...in terms of arm strength, Romo isn't even top 2 in his own division.
Well McNabb easily has the strongest arm in the division.

Re: who's got the best arm?

Palmer throws the best deep ball IMO, but McNabb can throw when he has the receivers who can get deep.

Like others have said, I want to see how Russell does this year being the starter....

Pennington didn't get mentioned for his strong arm, quite the opposite in fact. Romo doesn't have a weak arm but he doesn't have a top 5 strong arm today. That's why he hasn't been mentioned.

Re: who's got the best arm?

Aaron Brooks had one of the strongest arms a few years ago. Simms and Boller have strong arms as well, they just suck.

Re: who's got the best arm?

I'm guessing people are basing their Russell votes off of what they saw in college?

are you effing serious? That's very impressive actually...that's 60+ yards from your knees, that's the kind of thing that I'd have to witness because it seems impossible.

Kinda late after reading through but yeah, it's ironic that Boller probably deserves to be in this conversation too. More reason I didn't think Flacco was the best 1st round pick they could've made. I'll reserve judgement though. Not sure the line will be that great for any QB next year but we'll see (one more year, Ogden, please).

I think Manning has (or at least is top 3) the best combo of deep ball and accuracy but don't think he has the strongest arm. I'd bet more backups are mentioned since they probably got drafted based on their sick arms with hopes they could develop everything else.
