Was recently voted as the best LB corps in NFL history by the NFL Network, I believe. Dome Patrol.

Re: Best team for each franchise?

Hey Muggins if you read this why the '91 Bills team? I'd say the best was '90. That was the year the offense was near it's greatest (I'll agree '91 was their best offensive year) and the defense was the best out of those 4 SB teams.

I'll agree with BK on the '81 Chargers. That was a helluva team and the defense for that Chargers team was actually pretty decent too unlike the teams before and after.

As for other teams i've personally watched I'd have to say it's a real toss up between the '86 and '90 Giants. I'm going with the '86 Giants because that defense was just amazing. The defense carried the team for at least half the season while Phil Simms was playing like a dog. Also Joe Morris was a helluva RB. That guy had some strength for a little guy.

Even though the '91 Redskins had a lot of firepower i'd say the '82 team was the best because of the power running of John Riggins. I believe that was the season where he scored a rushing TD in 13 straight games. The Hogs were an incredibly dominating offensive line as well.

Re: Best team for each franchise?

i would probably go for either 92 or 93 for the Cowboys ('95 team was great as far as "salary cap era" teams, but 92 and 93 were pre salary cap and had insane depth that is almost impossible in the salary cap era)

So many great Jets teams, I can't pick just one.
