Merriman-15 Passes Defensed and 1 Interception
Ware-10 Passes Defensed and 1 Interception and 1 Touchdown

So again, HOW is it pretty clear that Ware is better in Pass Coverage than Merriman, unless you're gonna use that ONE touchdown as the end all be all.

Strictly because if I don't, I'm a homer, APPARENTLY. At least in this case right here. It's really pointless to argue this because both are excellent players, it's all one's opinion, neither of us are going to give in.

Let time play it out, I guess. Either we get an answer, or both continue to be excellent players and this debate will never end.

When healthy, Merriman is the best pass rushing OLB in the NFL.
