It's probably the television in Canada. Without color or high definition, it may be difficult to accurately judge a player's size.

I'll need to see him throw from under center more often and not that jump pass or flip stuff, but actual 5 and 7 step drops on a regular basis, starting from center that results in a pass and not a run. I realize the offense he's in doesn't call for that on a regular basis, but that fact is irrelevant in regards to projecting to the pro level. It's something he's going to have to be able to do, and so far QB's from Collegiate offenses that don't do that have had big problems in the NFL (Akili Smith, Alex Smith, Vince Young... any QB who played for the Houston Cougars, lol... just to name a few).

I'll need to see him throw the curl and the perimeter with better timing, velocity and accuracy.

I'll need to see him make better reads, and more specifically during protection breakdowns. Currently, he tends to run in these situations without looking for another option.

I'll need to see him not lock on one read and live and die by it like he often does now. In the National Championship he had a few of those and they were pretty bad. I remember an analyst commenting that even at the College level, at his experience level he shouldn't be making that mistake as blatantly and unaware as he does.

I have seen him make a fake to bait the safety on a deep, and then beat him with the throw on the outside shoulder, so that tells me he's capable. It's just the number of times he doesn't do that when it's needed is where the question marks pop up in regards to how he reads and reacts.
