How many people not from the NFL are in the Pro Football Hall of Fame?

Flutie will never make it.

However, you do have numerous memories of him in the other leagues. Granted, nobody else does, but you do

Warren Moon comes to mind (He's in both CFL and NFL hall of fame). Steve Young was from the USFL. Bunches that started in the AFL before the AFL/NFL merger (Joe Namath, Jim Otto, Willie Brown, George Blanda, Bobby Bell, and probably bunches more I can't name).

I can't remember any other USFL guys... I know Herschel Walker started there too but he wasn't HOF material.

That's not what he's talking about though, none of those players got in because of what they did in other leagues.

If I went any bigger, it would not have properly fit with my equipment, so I had to optimize. I'm okay with it, but I also know what I'm missing with those five inches. :)

Obviously the AFL players are a completely different circumstance than the CFL and other AFL.

Steve Young didn't make the Hall based on the USFL (nor did anyone to my knowledge).

Moon started for 15 years in the NFL and went to 9 Pro Bowls. He's #4 in attempts, completions, yards, and #6 in TDs. The CFL is more in addition to his NFL career than a major component like it is of Flutie.

How many players in the last 30 years who had the vast majority of their accomplishments in non-NFL leagues are in the Hall?

I'm guessing 0.

edit: jmood's on it

Re: The College and Canadian "only"HoFer "Doug Flutie"

To me Doug Flutie is the ultimate test case for what the Pro Football HOF really is given his tremendous success in the CFL coupled with moderate success in the NFL. If his CFL accomplishments are moot, it should just change the name to the NFL HOF and be done with it.
