Please do not compare breast cancer awareness to Latino/Black history month. There is absolutely nothing wrong with players wearing pink wristbands, gloves and cleats. No one is going off the deep end like you and suggesting players should wear pink uniforms and helmets. The MLB did that for one day on Mother's Day for breast cancer. But this is Breast Cancer Awareness MONTH.

Um, it doesn't have anything to do with men shouldn't wear pink. It has everything to do with pink not going well with the different color uniforms. It doesn't really bother me though, just like all the throwbacks and whatnot don't. I'm watching for the game, not for what they're wearing.

I agree with the "it should be a one or two week thing" comment, but I do like them. I was heartbroken when the Pats switched to the flying head logo and uni. I'll take their throwbacks any day.

I wish the pink wasn't there for the breast cancer thing. I don't know anyone who helped the cause because of it. Why not save the money and just give the breast cancer society the money it cost to make that stuff instead?
