Yeah Bears fans were jumping off buildings when Jones left. He definitely didn't come out of nowhere when he went to NY. And Sproles/Turner have also showed their value.

I actually think the Chargers line is fine for run blocking... it just becomes difficult when you lose your All Pro center for basically the entire season. And when you have a QB that can mask the effects of losing that center, you give him the ball more.

I think he would've said LT If he really wanted to shorten it. I can see how the name can be a little tricky by the way it sounds but, that was the first time I seen It spelled like that. Usually when people spelled his name wrong there were a few more letters in the mix. I got a little chuckle out of it though lol.

Tomlinson: Jets are better than any Chargers team

Posted by Gregg Rosenthal on October 28, 2010 7:25 PM ET
It's been too long since LaDainian Tomlinson said anything that annoyed his old team in San Diego. He joined the Scott Van Pelt Show Thursday to end the dry spell.

"Yes, I have been on some very fine teams. But I want to tell you this is the best team I've been on, top to bottom, talent-wise, coaching staff-wise, organization-wise. The whole nine," Tomlinson said via Thurman Thomas' best buddy, Tim Graham of ESPN.com. "This is the best opportunity I've had to win the championship."

That's where we disagree. The 2006 Chargers were loaded. They entered the playoffs at 14-2, on a ten-game winning streak. They out-scored the rest of the NFL by 65 points and had a top-eight defense. They just gagged at home to a flawed Patriots group.

Perhaps the Jets can stand out like those Chargers teams, but they have long way to go to separate from the rest of a packed AFC.

This much we know, however: The Jets are better than the 2010 Chargers, and LaDainian Tomlinson is far better this season than we ever expected.
Thoughts?

10 Char.

LT was a beast. How can you say he was not that good. I think he had the best vision of any running back to play the game. Simply amazing what he was able to do in his prime.
