i would say Casey Hampton has been just as important for the Steelers defense as Polamalu has, Hampton doesn't get much pub because he doesn't play a sexy position and by the nature of his job he doesn't put up a lot of stats. but you wanna find a reason why those linebackers are consistantly good in pittsburgh's system and its because Hampton is eating up 2-3 blockers EVERY play
