Re: Week 5: Packers @ Redskins

Where ya'll hearing that Woodson is out? He's definitely going to play as he always practices only once a week. Been doing that since 07. Tomorrow will be a better indication of who will play and who won't since he have a lot of players who usually only practice once a week(Woodson, Clifton and sometimes Tauscher)But so far other than Barnett and Chillar, nobody has been ruled out yet.

The only players that I know for sure that will be out are Burnett and maybe Barnett, who also may be done for the season as well but is seeking a second opinion on his injury.

Either way we're definitely going into this game beaten up but we can't use that as an excuse because injuries are apart of the game and other players are just going to have to step up.

I really have no idea what to expect from this game or the following 2 games for the Skins. It will be character building at the very least.

i could see both teams in the 30's. if it gets into a REAL shootout though, go with rodgers...

Barnett, Chillar and Shields are Out and Tauscher is doubtful so Rookie T Bryan Bulaga may start in his place.

Collins, Woodson and Clifton are good to go as expected.

I like the Packers to win. I don't think it'll be a blowout, as the Skins D should show up, and with the Pack not having a running game, they can play the pass. I can't see the Skins putting up many points. The Portis/LJ/Parker thing hasn't worked out at all. Portis is injured, like he always is. You cover Moss and Washington is pretty much a FG team. Not all on McNabb, he's been okay, there's just no playmakers on that offense.

Portis is injured and Johnson and Parker are not on the Redskins. Torain is the Redskins top back right now and has shown great potential.

That's what I'm saying. They had the big idea of bringing in these former 1,000 yard rushers and making a dominant running game, didn't work out.
