I just want to see a 7-9 regular season record team continue to win unless they play the Falcons of course. If Seattle was to somehow win the Superbowl what would some of you guys think? I wouldn't be shocked an would actually find it hilarious.

mediocre jay cutler will prove once again, that he is terrible; throwing a head scratcher int that decides the game. If the bears win, it will be all defense, cutler should sit back and play the Trent Dilfer role for this game at least.

Re: NFC Divisional: Seahawks @ Bears

For the Seahawks to win they're gonna need pretty much the same formula:

-Hasselbeck playing smart and spreading the ball around.
-The defense making enough plays at the right time.

I actually see Seattle winning this game. I think Hasselbeck will continue to play well, as he seems levelheaded and focused.

However, this Seahawks team is such a raggedy ship, I feel it could sink at any moment. If they turn the ball over, have a key guy injured, or blow a coverage here or there it could be goodnight.

edit:

Actually... Quick flip flop... I think the Bears prevail. They saw what happened to New Orleans... They tasted the bitterness of defeat at home versus Seattle earlier in the year...

I think they protect Cutler this time around (6 Seattle sacks previously), get after Hasselbeck enough to disrupt the Seahawks passing game, and ultimately win 27-17.

I've been hoping to see that forever, just because of the controversy that would come from it. It has happened in other leagues; the CFL has had a couple champions with losing records (both were 8-10), and in the Arena Football League a 7-9 team (Chicago Rush) won the Arena Bowl. All you need to do is make the playoffs and go on a run. Anything can happen.

You're mistaking Cutler with 2010's turnover machine, Eli Manning.

The Bears are 10 point favorites.
