I'm not a fan of Herschel Walker. In general most people his age don't look the way he does or fight professionally, which is why bringing up what everyone else does is pointless in this discussion.

So what is a good point to bring up in the discussion? He looks amazing for his age? He fights MMA(is he even near top level in that sport?)? Most grandpas dont look like this grandpa does? He still has abs? This is the most superficial, literally superficial argument ever.

I dont care what he looks like.

Being able to fight in a major MMA organization is not superficial at all, that shows how in shape he is.

MMA training is rediculous, not to mention the fights themselves can be just as draining as an entire football game condensed into let's say 15 minutes
