I don't think it's personal conduct related, I think it's "first ballot" related. They think the term "first ballot" should be reserved for a select few. I disagree. HOF = HOF.

Yea I don't think he'll be a first ballot guy. But hopefully he gets in. A ring would change all of the in my opinion.

I just don't know how those voters are going to be acting when the time comes. Personally I feel he should be in year one and I agree he's the 2nd best WR I've seen play too.
