Where the Orton haters at? He showed in one game why Manuel isn't a starting QB in the NFL.

Per Sammy Watkins: “We just had a different approach to practice. [Orton] demands what he wants out of us,” Watkins said, via ESPN.com. “He’s more of a veteran guy. The way he talked, the way he handles business, the way he looks at plays and breaks down defenses, it’s kind of different than EJ. He reads it quicker, the ball is coming out faster. That’s just some things that we have to adjust to.”

Bills offense with Spiller/Jackson/Woods/Goodwin/Sammy should be fun to watch with a competent QB.

My FB wall is awash with people saying the Bills suck and only won because the Lions K missed a 52 yarder. They keep forgetting the Lions only converted one third down, had one offensive score TD, and Stafford couldn't complete 60% of his passes.

Also Sammy W. showed why he was worth all the hype. Dude put it all on the field.

Henery sucks but all his attempts were from 44+ yards out. Hardly a gimme. Carpenter missed a 50 yarder himself, before coming up big with the winner. He's been quietly reliable for Buffalo.

Yes, credit our defense mainly for this win. Without Williams and Bradham! Orton did enough/allowed us to actually throw and allowed his playmakers to shine. This one actually stuck right to the script. Calvin Johnson being hurt definitely swung this in our favor.

Love that we could actually come back and finish it off. We were down 14-0 after Orton's INT went back for six. We could've given up. This team hung tough.

So proud. I don't know where this season ends up, could very well be another 7-9. But this one feels different. Our defense is legit, and our offense showed they can move the ball at the very least (especially against a stout DET front).

3-2 feels a HELL of a lot better then 2-3. We're winners as of today. That's big time.

An NFL kicker HAS to make at least 2/3 of those though. Jason Hanson could come off the couch right now after a year and a half out of the league and make at least 2 of 3 today, if not all of them no problem.

The Bills played well, Orton has always been really underrated and can get the job done like he did today.

Although Detroit didnt look good, they did enough to win. The kicking game was/is absolutely unacceptable. If we had a competent Kicker we'd be 5-0, end of story. I can't imagine how ticked off the locker room is even if they won't speak their mind.

Please explain how you would've beaten Carolina.
