I approve. Lots of fresh matchups. Devils vs Bruins or Habs would've been Dullsville, so I'm glad they drew the Flyers.

See, you misinterpret my symbolism.

The fork was as if to say "here, other NHL teams that are going to make it..... I am serving up the Flyers to whoever is unfortunate to meet them in the first round ..... so bite on that!"

Pittsburgh vs. Ottawa is the best 1st-round scenario for me as a Caps fan. Ottawa always has our number and Pittsburgh is Pittsburgh, so it's good that one of those teams will be out.

Love the NJ vs. Philly matchup.

Love the Detroit vs. Phoenix matchup even more.

I'm annoyed I'm out of town from Mon until Sunday so I'll probably miss the first 2 games here in PHX....hopefully it goes 5 so I can get to a playoff game and watch the Wings win!
