Yearly goal just means you have to accomplish that goal by the end of that one season. Contract goal is a single goal over the 3 years that must be completed at least once throughout those years.

I don't understand why people expect to see every new animation in 2-3 games. Especially in a stream online with some guy who has never played the series skipping every single cut scene and animation.
