Indeed. The values as a percentage should add up to 100. However the values under the rating tendencies do not necessarily need to. In 2k19 values never got close to 100 and the values in 2k20 are...

For the G League glitch, I just go through each team and lower their ratings so their OVR is at 74
Max. At least it is high enough to be on a roster and rotation without breaking a team’s salary...
