If the FCS school are included be they already be in the game, DLC purchase or teambuilder then yes. If not then no.

The only thing I’m disappointed in is even in this generation there’s still no playable Single A and no custom draft classes. I’m hopeful that these features will be added in future games.

NBA 2k's MyLeague allows us to expand up to 36 teams. Hopefully NHL will have a similar feature.
