Re: WWE '12 DLC

Honestly, I think I'll just be downloading an HBK (for the third straight year) again. Last year they had a few that were beyond perfect. I would rather download a perfect Shawn (sans front heart) made by a caring fan than a DLC that reeks of easy cash. All due respect to THQ, I refuse to support a company with the purchase of DLC when it's clear that our ideas of "classic" are far, far different. If they'd like to fly me out when they are designing him in WWE '13, I'll GLADLY give them as much as I can to make sure HBK is represented to the highest accuracy. Hopefully his entrance video and music aren't locked with the DLC or I'm stuck buying it.

Just watched the SCM video again, good lord. The hearts on his inner thighs are the size of T-bone steaks. Figured out that the ponytail is stolen from Madden. HE ISN'T EVEN WEARING KNEE PADS!!! (see below, different colors but same attire he always wears) PRICELESS! I've figured it out, all that was done: Take the Shawn Michaels mold, slap the C-A-W HBK attire onto it. DONE.

If I seem offended, that's because I am completely and utterly 100% so. You would all be livid if your favorite wrestler was a botched effort (let alone not even on the main roster), and I cannot even believe that this is what is being delivered to those of us who are HBK fans after all of the improvements game-wide. Brock ****ing Lesnar hasn't even wrestled in a WWE ring since 2004 and has a more accurate representation in WWE '12. I never thought I'd actually be begging THQ to put the recent attire Shawn, hell I'll even take Commissioner Shawn over this. I'm still excited for this game, I'm just supremely disappointed I won't be able to enjoy it with an accurate depiction of the greatest of all time in the era he deserves to be immortalized in.

Re: WWE '12 DLC

Is there really any need for that many Divas to be in DLC?! Its a bit extreme to be honest, I have no problem with them being in the game, women equality and all that jazz.....

The only way I could even be slightly interested in them is if they bring back the bra & panties match. Not that Im a pervert or anything, I'm just curious to see how Kharma would look...

I hope with a Survivor Series 97 HBK it means we will be getting Bret Hart in the form of another DLC pack. Pretty disappointed so far that he hasn't been announced as a character yet.

It's a video game. I think I can survive if HBK isn't perfect. If I want to see real life Shawn Michaels, I'll pull out a DVD or something.

Nothing wrong with wanting him represented properly.

Which isn't possible. People want something that looks like 97 Shawn, but don't they scan the wrestlers now? Maybe they should have worked on a time machine so they could bring 97 HBK back and scan him for the game...

I think Vinnie Mac looks worse than Michaels. I watched his entrance video yesterday and something just looks wrong with him.
