I don't think increasing UFC PPV buyrates is good for WWE, but it sounds like Vince will let Brock do whatever he wants at this point. That my main takeaway.

That's a really interesting thought. I see Brock appearing on UFC as a way to increase fan interest on Brock Lesnar, and so they maybe appealed to the idea of watching some of his WWE events. One thing could lead to another and those Brock Lesnar WWE events might spark some interest in wanting to give WWE a shot of regular tuning.

Supposedly Brock was asking for more money right before Wrestlemania and the comprise was UFC 200.

These are the same people that signed CM Punk, so does it really shock you?

He is also their biggest draw in the history of the company, and will still bring eyes.

Re: WWE Off-Topic

Anyone wonder if this could be partly motivated by the fact that WWE is ready to launch this new era, and a guy like Lesnar isn't in the company's long-term plans? Could be similar to Bret Hart where Vince felt pressure to sign the guy, but then based on transpired afterwards, he regretted signing the deal. Why now would WWE let Brock fight in the UFC and on the UFC's biggest card? It seems a little odd to me in terms of the timing.

WWE built Brock up to be an unbeatable monster, to the point now where you can't really imagine anyone on the current roster beating him, so how much value does he really have to WWE going forward?

I'd keep Lesnar away for a while because at the moment, Reigns is the only guy they can match up with him and I'm sure they have a WrestleMania rematch planned at some point. The only other guy on the roster that would be an intriguing matchup is Orton once he returns. They need to just start putting him in handicap matches, Lesnar vs The Wyatt Family, Lesnar vs The Club etc. I was assuming he'd show up at MITB and wreck the title match but I guess that's not an option now with his upcoming fight
