Well then that seems shady to me on UFC's part that they would let him compete in a fight that they didn't have enough time to get his results back and confirm he was clean

They test all their guys/gals before their fights. It takes a while for people to get these tests done when you have 22 different people that you have to test. And for each test you do you have to collect at least 2 samples. So that way during an appeal or whatever you can test the 2nd sample to make sure the failed test wasn't a false positive. Lesnar was tested 8 different times before the fight and he passed 7 of the 8 tests.

Wait, NY state STILL regulates pro wrestling?!

Well...That's news to me.

What happens if the second sample comes back clean? How do they determine which to go with?

Asking seriously - I don't pay close enough attention to USADA testing to know if that's happened before and what the precedent is.

I really don't know, honestly. Like you don't pay close attention to this stuff. I just found this after a quick google. And on the collection page it brought up the 2 sample part.

Just reading through Dave Meltzer again and he said that he didn't know that Lesnar popped and should've and that is on the USADA not Dana.

Also there's this that I just came across.

Tell me about it, I didn't know either and I live in the state.
