Punk (the night after the Rumble) was scheduled to compete or do something on RAW that required him to take either a concussion test or a drug test or both. It was never confirmed. Anyways, Punk was already mad that he wasn't going to be in the main event at WM and that he was scheduled to fight Triple H. He got mad when WWE officials told him he had to take whatever test they had for him to do, and he told Triple H why doesn't he get tested? Was he hiding something?

It was along those lines.
