I love to see him too, the only thing I worry about is that he is not very good in the ring anymore. He almost killed that dude with that float over DDT a few weeks ago.

I don't think WWE wants a star the level of Hogan or Austin again, at least as long as Vince is around. He wants the company to be the draw, not individual talent.

Bingo. He would rather everyone be on the same level. He thinks that makes everyone a star. And it prevents anyone from having too much power. Everyone is just happy to be there.

When did this happen? This theory makes no sense seeing as how he's always had that type of guy since he took over from his pops.

Yeah that theory makes zero sense. There has always been a singular guy. I think it’s pretty clear they want it to be Reigns.

Cena was the last singular star guy, to me. They wouldn't let Reigns beat Lesner for the longest time, and he really didn't spend much time as world champion. And his outside WWE TV celebrity presence was practically non-existent.

I think WWE sees not having one guy on top as a strength, because then they can pretend that parity and 50/50 booking = roster depth and everyone being elevated.
