Cause they sure aren't loaded with talent WR is there weak spot, they need Plaxico; get him NOW!

Lol.....
The wideouts are fine, the O-line and QB will make them better.

I do think that Tillman should be a little faster, Steltz too.

Everything else looks good to me.

If you are truly a Bears fan, you know Plaxico + Bears = NFC championship!
I like the bears too I just know there week spot, don’t be in denial.
It is what it is.

Why don't they show the route running rating from the receivers and backs?

# 27 CM Hooe @ 06/08/09 01:32 PM
I like this idea.

they got some serious speed there....I can't believe hester is still 99, i would think they'd keep that only for Chris Johnson,

i feel like the speed rating is one of the few that only matters. Even though it's supposed to have changed this year i have my doubts

Tillma should be a bit better than an 82, but that is based on attitudes from last years ratings. If 82 represent Average to below avg speed then I am ok I guess. Tilmans real isue is lateral quickness so his AGI should be lower along with his man coverage.

Harris, Forte, and Url are a bit to high

Forte spd 90 does not compute

Hester should be a bit better

I think it's going to take a lot of people some time before they get used to the ratings being more spread out.

I don't like how there's no "Strip Ball" rating for defenders. Tillman would be a 95+ on those

The only thing I have a problem with is Danieal Manning being speed 88. He's arguably as fast as Hester and way stronger. I love him in KR's in real life.

This is true.

They dropped Hester's rating even though he had an improvement year in that position. And they put him as the same rating as a player that took one snap the entire year. Nice.

Has everyone completely forgotten that the ratings scale has changed?

i love the layout by espn great job. Ign does something similiar closer to launch but its really a pain to read.

Everyone's a rating guru.

# 39 GrnEyedBanditTN @ 06/08/09 03:12 PM
i went back an re-read the ratings blog... 40 time isn't the only factor in speed rating. Forte's 4.44 at the combine would translate to a 91 spd rating if just 40 alone. Manning's speed is way off!

I know by no means are their CB's burners playing Cover 2

Charles Tillman 82 Speed
Nathan Vasher 85 Speed
Brian Urlacher 85 speed <-- that urks me so bad, yes I realize early in his career he could run like a "safety" but he is slowin down now.

Ray Lewis is faster then Charles Tillman gosh I don't want to have to edit 75% of the rosters but it will actually kill me to see it.
I was thinking to myself...82? I dont watch much bears play so I am not able to give a good judgement but I was shocked to see how slow the DBs were.
