Yeah, kinda wild that they haven't finished the roster reveal, but its whatever at this point for me, haha. If Lord Steven Regal has his "Blue Bloods" theme in the game I'm going to mark like I little child! Wish they would have an ALT of current Regal as well, but I'm not going to go overboard for begging.

Just went to GS and cancelled my disk version...got two psn cards and switched to digital. This is my first digital full size game (as I'm big on trading back...especially annual sports games).

Does anyone know if I qualify for the $15 back on the PSN? I bought the game for $80 and some other stuff for $30 so I've spent over the $100 in October...but I used PSN cards bought from GS and not direct sales via a credit card.

Also, do I still have to purchase (example) the WCW pack now? I believe I do. I think all I got with digital are the season pass, Paige, Hogan, and Sting.

Yes. It doesn't matter how you purchase, just as long as those funds actually come out of your PSN account.

That's what it looks like, but according to a guy from Game Informer, season pass holders will get a discount on the other DLC packs.

So what all do I get since I bought the PSN Digital Deluxe version? Will I still have to pay for the WCW stuff and moveset? I'm unclear of what all I get with the Digital Deluxe version.

Digital Deluxe includes:
-Sting preorder bonus
-Hogan (Hollywood and tie-dye pants attires)
-Paige
-The three 2K Showcase stories
WCW, NXT, and Moves pack are not included in the Season Pass so yes, those are separate purchases.

i changed my preorder to digital too, I'm on the fence with most of the dlc (NXT pack being the exception) because i may not use legends for universe mode

Not worth it, compared to what 2k has done with their online experience , should be unlockable

I don't understand why they are calling it a season pass if it's not a season pass lol. If they want to play that game, I will probably just be getting the Warrior and WCW pack and the accelerator if I can buy it seperately. Also, will get the Hogans when they're made available.

Are you guys sure 80's Hogan is on the disc? The roster on the 2k site only has the 2 pre-order Hogans listed.

I really hope Sid Justice is a playable character. I understand he's a special ref, but that is dumb to put him in the game, but not have him playable.

That Warrior pack looks sooooo good. I usually only keep the latest years iteration, but I thought I was going to have to keep last years since it had so many amazing legends. The Warrior pack takes care of a lot of that.

Sucks Scott Hall isn't in the game though.

I don't think the full roster has been released. The "official" lists that have been released don't include the NXT guys, and in the trailer Rusev is clearly shown, but he hasn't been announced officially. I think its one of two things:
1. Perhaps 2k is treating this game like the old days, and they want us to be surprised by some of the unlockables. The older games did this, and I'm all for it.
or....
2. There is going to be differences in the next gen and current gen rosters. For instance, Hogan may be included current gen, but is only special edition download on next gen. If that is the case, I believe the NXT guys will only be next gen, and current gen will get the legends from last year.
All speculation though on my part. We'll see in 6 days.....

Maybe you guys can answer this. Forgive me if it's a dumb question, haha. So the hulkamania edition comes with 2 dlc hogans, and I believe the hulkamania edition is next gen only? So does that mean hulk will not be in the 360 version?
I see they are answering questions on twitter, but I just have this feeling that next gen and current gen will have 2 totally different rosters. Wonder which side is gonna get shafted if that's the case?

# 117 Majingir @ 10/23/14 12:03 AM
Getting the game on release day(though will prob regret it if price does drop for some reason in a few weeks after release, though it didn't last time I waited for a WWE game to drop), so I'd more than likely get the Sting pre-order bonus without pre-ordering(do all games that have the pre-order bonus have the sticker on their cover? So I know if I go to a store,if I should bother buying if there's no sticker).

And looks like I'll be forced into getting season pass I guess.

Vader was such a beast. Remember in WCW how he used to come out with that smoking mask? Sick. One of the better big men from back then. Bam Bam Bigelow was a favorite of mine as well, so I'm glad I'll get to use him.

I don't think they've said if the preorder is specific first-run copies or if it's printed on the receipt or whatever yet.

And to follow up with my own question: If you're getting it on release date and you'll end up paying the same amount either way, why not drop a few bucks on a preorder now to guarantee yourself Sting?

# 120 Majingir @ 10/23/14 01:22 AM
Many places near me always gave me trouble when doing anything like that. Even price matching, returning games or anything else was also troublesome to do, so don't bother with these things anymore.

And I'm getting NBA on the day WWE comes out, so don't know which store I'll even get it at yet(I'd rather just go to 1 and get both, than going to 2 diff stores).
