FIFA 16 features over 30 leagues and more than 650 playable teams from around the world. Amongst the leagues are the new Women's National Teams and the Brazilian Leagues added.

Why is Japan not in either men or women? They are a powerhouse in Women's soccer...

Was kinda hoping Mexico's 2nd division would make it. I just want to play as San Luis again like the 08 days

So close to being promoted last season but came up short

I feel more of these leagues need their second divisions in the game. I have a hard time playing in a league that doesn't have a second division for very long.

The lack of National Teams is really a bummer. I really like to have more exotic teams from Africa, Asia not the obvious choices. The women are refreshing and playing really nice.

Japan not being in the game is another licensing issue. PES is made by Konami, based in Japan. They have a stranglehold on Japan's licenses.

ok, fine, so they can't use the official Japanese crest and kits. Why can't they have a purple kit with the just a japanse flag on it, with no official cresting or kits?
