Yea...hows that for a kick in the pants...I will have to lose games on purpose so I can replace my crappy coaches.

What's your coaching staff look like? Also, dare I ask, how good is your coach?

Believe it or not I am only a 55. I have been spending my points on building up each position so sometimes it only goes up by 1...if at all....

Here are the others though...the ones with an asterisk are the ones I want to get rid of. Oh...the numbers under each one are their Chemistry, Play Calling, Strategy, and Performance. The 2nd number is where they are now.

OC Tice-49 (not sure about him)
5-3
2-1
4-3
4-1

DC Thomas-72 (better position coaches would help him)
5-3
5-4
5-5
3-2

STC Smith-76
5-4
5-3
5-2
4-2

QB Green-59 (probably keep)
3-1
3-1
4-3
4-3

RB Lynn-82 ***
2-2
4-3
4-3
2-2

WR Kirksey-69 ***
2-2
2-2
3-3
1-1

OL Rasmussen-18 ***
5-4
4-2
3-1
2-1

LB Breshahan-85 ***
2-2
2-2
2-2
3-3

DL Phillips-33 ***
3-2
4-3
3-2
3-3

DB Harrison-43 (still debating)
1-1
2-2
4-2
4-3

GM Spyder-47 ***
Trade Neg: 4-3
Contracts: 2-2
Other Skills:
Max of 2: 8
Max of 3: 4
Max of 4: 2
Max of 5: 6
But the "4"s and 3 of the "5"s are for kickers and punters

I will keep the trainer...if he stays.

Re: 2013-Leaving the Browns for the Redskins (HC 09)

FedEx Field (Washington DC) The Redskins traveled across the country to meet their arch-rivals, the Dallas Cowboys, and came home with a win. They scored 17 unanswered points to win by a score of 31-28. Once again the team came to life late in the 3rd Quarter after the Cowboys had built a comfortable 28-14 lead. Redskins QB Tolliver continues to improve as he threw for 293 yards and 3 TDs in the win. RB Crosby also had another good game as he was able to get 103 yards on the ground.

Coach Hayes was not pleased, even with the win, "We gave up over 350 yards in the air!! The defense has got to step up and put pressure on the QBs. We had 1 sack, 1!! That is not acceptable...at all. Even though we have improved over last year, no one's position is secure."

Coach Hayes has shown his displeasure on the side-lines with certain coaches and with only 6 games left, the team needs to continue to show improvement.

The Redskins continue their western trip as they travel to San Diego to take on the Chargers next week.

So the question I now face...do I tank the remaining games so I can replace the coaches that need to go...

You've got 5 coaches you want to get rid of, and 2 you're still debating about. You can get good coaches even if you make the playoffs, but it's a bit of a crapshoot. I'd go ahead and tank the rest of the season.

Man, I always hate having to lose on purpose, just to get coaches or high draft picks... But sometimes u have to do what u have to do... That sucks about ur defense not getting any presure and getting shreaded through the air...
What is ur defensive playbook?? (I kinda forgot)

Wow, I don't know how 1 running back is getting so many yards with your RBC's performance rating. I would lose if I were you, but I'm not you.
