Bucs are good, as always. Anyway, you look good for a playoff run.

Thanks...but not sure if I want the playoffs this year. I need to replace some of my coaches and if I get in the playoffs less likelyhood of getting good ones. But I am not going to lose on purpose

Re: 2013-Leaving the Browns for the Redskins (HC 09)

FedEx Field (Washington DC) The Washington Redskins were once again in an Overtime game this year. However, this one did not go their way as it appeared the team ran out of steam. The Packers had a 21-7 lead going in to the 4th Quarter and seemed to have the game under control. Then the Skins came alive. The offense mounted 2 impressive 85+ yard drives as the defense finally put pressure on Packers QB Anderson holding them to 21 yards for the Quarter.

The Skins had a chance to win the game with a last second kick but Bironas pushed it to the left and missed the 37 yard attempt. Green Bay won the toss and elected to take the ball in OT. The defense was not able to stop Anderson this time as he moved the Packers down to the Skins 22 before sending out Kicker Holt to win the game with a 39 yard FG.

The Skins also lost 2 players for the season in the loss as Rookie CB/KR/PR Riggs suffered a severe hamstring pull and was placed on IR after the team was told he was going to miss 7-9 weeks. Back-up OLB Gill was also lost to a broken wrist which placed him on IR as well.

Clark: 4-29, 2 drops
Crosby: 3-31, TD
TFL: 7

Re: 2013-Leaving the Browns for the Redskins (HC 09)

A few random things...

I went ahead and signed RT Jansen. He signed for 3 yrs/12.47 Mil and a 2.5 bonus. I also signed RG Butler for 6 yrs/7.1 Mil and a 1.0 Mil bonus. I know this is unusual for me. But with the limited draft picks I have and the fact I have so many holes in the team I decided to sign who I could as long as they will sign for offer #1.

I am also really frustrated with how erratic this team is playing. I have had 4 OT games this year. They either play like crap until the very end or they fold in the 4th.

There are some bright spots though. I am very pleased with the play of the LBs. The o-line has been steady...nothing great...but steady. But for the most part it is like flipping a coin to how they will play.

I guess that is why I took this team

That's true.
However, you're sitting at 6-3, so unless you lose to the Giants and some more games, you have a good shot at winning the division.
