Re: 2010 Michigan Wolverines

I am using Michigan in an OD. I was just wondering if there are any big name freshman that arn't on the teambuilder roster for Michigan. So, I can get the guys to add them for our OD roster.

Thanks

Kinda off-topic, but what did/do you guys think of David Terrell? He was/is my favorite Michigan player of all time. I remember him coming up w/ a lot of big plays. I believe I remember him having a decent rookie season w/ the Bears, but what happened? Was he not as a great as I remember him being? If he was, any idea why he didn't pan out in the NFL?

He simply didn't have the work ethic or the attitude needed to make up for his lack of speed at the pro level. He was able to get by at Michigan on talent alone, but that never works in the NFL. He was just lazy.

Well, reading this over: http://www.kffl.com/player/344/nfl/news

Looks like there were injury issues, and effort/attitude issues. Not a good combo.

Re: 2010 Michigan Wolverines

Damn that simple huh? I was only in middle school when Terrell was at Michigan, and didn't follow football in depth like I do now. I just remember him always making plays whether it was Brady or Henson throwing him the ball. I knew he didn't have much speed, but he always seemed to come up w/ the ball.

Pretty disappointing to find out it was basically he who kept himself out.

Ok, what about Chris Howard and ATrain? ATrain got rookie of year didn't he?

It was always weird to me how Michigan ran a pro style offense but aside from Olineman, the skill players didn't work out as much as I would've thought. Then you have the Tom Brady thing lol.

A-Train is still playing I think. Last I heard he was up in Buffalo with the Bills. Not sure where Howard is though.

Wiki has him last playing with the Bills for the 2006-2007 season.

Yea, I know he's still in the league but it was like he fell off. He went from rookie of the year to......4th string?
