Not sure if Nolan is healthy, but Gulbranson has reverted to Utah Gulbranson and not the one who's been playing since.

I'm wondering if he's having trouble realizing he's not on the bright green team. Thought this could be a good game. Hopefully they button it up.

They've already made the playoff once before without winning their division, and they lost by a total of four points on the road to top 10 teams.

I'm not arguing for them, just how I think the committee will view them if they get enough help.

Re: Week 13 Discussion

Alabama definitely needs help. But, it isn't improbable. I can see USC losing one of two games and UGA is obviously favored over LSU. If that's the case, I can see Alabama getting in over OSU.

I wonder what happens if LSU upsets UGA and USC wins the next 2. I can LSU making it over OSU if UsC loses. But the question will a 2 loss SEC champ make it over a 1 loss PAC Champ. LSU will have more signature wins compared to USC

Re: Week 13 Discussion

If USC loses to ND this weekend and TCU finds a loss next weekend Bama and OSU are both in if chalk holds elsewhere.

Yeah, in 2017, but they were the wire-to-wire #1 who basically thrashed everyone on their schedule until dropping the final game to Auburn. Quite different this year with the extra loss and narrow wins against Texas, Texas A&M, and Ole Miss.

Re: Week 13 Discussion

Tonight is the last game for Texas Tech's original Double T scoreboard, which has stood in that spot since the start of the 1978 season.

They're doing a huge renovation of the south endzone, and are replacing it with an updated, more modern Double T scoreboard.

Re: Week 13 Discussion

Not sure if we can come back without a stop here because of the brutal passing, but Oregon really fell apart there all of a sudden for a while with the crazy mistakes. Surprised we fought our way back in it without a passing game.
